If you are a currently receiving our newsletter, your dues should be paid by the first of the month during which your originally joined. You may renew your dues by check or credit card.

Everyone complete Step 1 first, regardless of how you are renewing your dues!

Step 1:

Basically to renew, we need you to complete the form below so that we can update our records.

Please also indicate in the appropriate field how you intend to pay in Step 2--check or credit card.

After you complete the form and click send, you will receive a reply thanking you for your application. Click the black return arrow on that page and you will return to this page. Then go to Step 2.

Type "Credit" if paying by Credit Card and "Check" if paying by check and then click Send. If you are only making an address change or other update, type "Change", and click Send.:

Note: If you receive an error when you click "Send", please cut and paste the form and send the requested information via e-mail: info@AtlantaMoodSupport.com. Put "Renewal/Address Change" in the subject.

Now that you have completed your renewal form in Step 1, either pay by credit card or check in Step 2.

A. If you chose to pay by credit card, click below to begin. You will be transferring to the PayPal site where you can make payment arrangements after which you will be able to return to our home page.

Annual dues should be paid each year by the first of the month during which you originally join. Make a note to return to our web site to renew your dues each year.

B. If you have more time and chose to pay by check, please put the name and phone number entered on the membership form as well as the date the form was sent from this web site on a piece of paper and enclose with a check payable to DBSA Metro Atlanta for $15. Indicate on check: "Web site/Renewal"
