How can we help?

Need support? If you live with depression or bipolar disorder, or if you're a family member or friend of someone who does, life can be tough. We're here to make it more manageable, more understandable. At our support groups, you'll find compassionate people who care, who've been there and who can offer hope and help.

First time? If you've never attended one of our groups, we have all the information you need right here. Learn more. Please make sure to read the "Common Questions" page before attending a group.

Suicidal thoughts? Suicidal thoughts are real. Do you need help or information? Learn more. If you need someone to talk to, please call 800-273-TALK.
